Yup, it is a known problem with both the Win2k and NT drivers. The odds of them releasing new drivers and fixing the bug is quite low, they have already quoted 3 driver release dates and pushed them all back, I personally believe that they are doing very little work on the drivers whatsoever... I pulled mine out and I now use WinDVD.
