Hi I have 2 systems with a netvin 10/100 8 port hub with rpti isa 10/100 mbit cards linked with r j45 cable but the most i can get is 10mbit connection can anyone help me to get the 100mbit connection & the best ip address i am at this address. 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0 i have looked at the back of the hub but the only thing i can see is an in/out switch which did nothing for the speed. thanks
