this only happened after installing win2k sp2, anyone else have this problem? any way to get around it?

tried that, no luck. restarted numerous times, tinkered with settings, still didnt fix it

how do i get rid of this damn msn messenger, frankly it pisses me off that i cant get it out of my startup items (it comes back) and i cant uninstall it or remove it as a windows option. there has to be a way to get rid of it. please someone, thanks.

i was wondering if someone could post, or email me, the my pictures screen saver and the one dll it requires from windows xp, im runnin 2k and it doesnt have it, and i know the xp one works better than the ME one. thanks!

ya that was going to be the next thing i tried. xp seems pretty good but i had some massive problems with that auto restarting feature. i think im gonna stick with 2k until xp is out of beta.

that doesnt work, i tried it, it comes back. as in, the actuall program file gets added again to the startup list. its BS.

i just put win2k back on my comp because ME sucks. tried using the beta dxr3 drivers, and they dont work right. i installed the hollywood + drivers and software and that plays alright, but how can i get the dxr3 player to work. i know i need to install the nt 4 dxr3 drivers to get it to install, but it wont load because i have the hollywood drivers installed. is there a way to get just the hollywood drivers and dxr3 player working? or do i need the hollywood station player? see? im stupid. please help me out...thanks
