Ok , first thing is that you have to make sure that the Win2k box is setup to handle as DHCP server, the you have to give it a scope of IP's , then make sure that the Win2k box is not setup to just grab any IP, since you have a cable modem. and it gets It's IP from the server at your ISP. Also you can also go into the DHCP Manager and asign the IP's to each network address. But to tell you the truth it would have been easyer if you just got a router and the a switch to setup that network a 170 $ cost lautaro
