Thanks Kearos, I did try the mello fix but it didn't work for me. It gave me an application error when I tried to run it. That's why I'm going to try this other 'fix/hack'. Thanks though,

Morning Fellas, Been having the same problems as everyone else here with season mode and nhl2k1. I just came accross this possible work around at another forum. I haven't tested it yet but it sure looks like it should work. Thanks CrazyD!! Here is his post: "I reinstalled the game a zillion times, and it didn't help. But BizE correctly reasoned that just because you can't *create* a season doesn't mean that you can't *play* a season. So he zipped up an empty unplayed season that he created on win98, and put it on the web. http://easportsblows.tripod.com/nhl2k004.zip Just unzip the file to the "db" sub-directory in your nhl2001. When you run NHL2001 and select "season", you will now have an option to play "nhl season #1". Enjoy!" -cd I can't wait to give this a try.

hello, jedibaron is correct about your 503+ not supporting udma. however, as far as w2k and intel chipsets, udma66 support is disabled by default. you actually have to enable it in the registry to get it going. all of this is documented by microsoft and the article can be found at the following address: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q247/9/51.ASP?LN=EN-US&SD=gn&FR=0 [This message has been edited by mlbargas (edited 28 July 2000).]

hello, I just installed ics on my w2k pc/network and it works great so let's see if we can get yours going. first of all, do you have a modem and nic card in your pc that you're trying to install ics? also, you can only have 'pc' on your network that has 'ics' installed as the host. therefore, if your laptop still has ics installed onto it, this will cause a conflict. below is a link that provided me with lots of help concerning ics. good luck, martin
