Anyone having problems with IIS5.1 in winxp rc1? When I install the webserver it works great, but when I reboot it stops working ****ing dammmit m$ beta crap....

You only get this error if you used the reset crack by solarix. There is currently no crack avail. which will fix it. I repeat: NO CRACK!

Has anyone ever been running IIS in any winxp build?

Anyone experiensing any problems with BG2 and Radeon? I'm getting crashes, when I right-click on the mace! Theres's also the same problem with bolt +1 or +2 I think.

I have the same problem. The answer is to let win2k boot from the cd-rom! This helped me. If you can, you have a pirated version!

Hi I have a Creative Annihilator Pro which doesn't have tv-out. But I want to have tv-out anyway, what can I do besides buying a Asus with Tv-out. I have looked at some of the mpeg cars, but they doen't allow mpeg4 (avi) ;.( Anyone know a good trick

I have had a lot of problems getting Win2k to run my games too. The fix seems to be installing SP1. Sorry but that is the sad thruth! 81 mb download ;-(

3D Mark 2000 with the latest patch (1.01), won't run well on Win2k. I have no problems running 3D Mark on win98. But Win2k detects my cpu as a 8 mhz (it's a 850 Thunderbird ;.) So my score is about 2000-3000 lower in win2k than win98. I've seen severel benchmarks with the same result.

CL has released Liveware 3.0 drivers for win2k, which means that there's no difference in running win2k or win98 with a sblive. The drivers work a little better in win2k! During the installation it let's you specify if you have 2/4 speakers! This means that you don't have to download 20 megs. of crap just to get your SBLIVE working with 4 speakers! As for Platinium, I don t know, my SBLIVE value works just fine!

Windows ME works fine for me. I have only been using it for 7 days so it's a little hard to say yet. I often format my comp. (about 2/week :-( ) because BSOD or random lockup ( Win2k version of BSOD :-) ) But now I have found a sweet spot with the ME final :-)
