the best way to burn any CD is to do the following: turn off any program running in the background (esp. virus scanners) make a disk image of the CD b4 u burn try burning at a lower speed (2X or 4X should be safe) during the burn don't use the computer

when i try running the program i get the error message: "Error: unable to initialize the ASPI manager ASPI support was not found" so i installed adaptec cd creator 4 to install the new drivers but it won't install because the update program said i don't have any adaptec program on my computer now i can't use CDRWIN how do i fix it or are there alternative programs to make an integrated win2k and SP2 bootable CD?

does anybody know of a good free firewall software that can run on Win2k? or is a firewall unneccessary?

everytime i am at the website to download it i always gets too much traffic on the network and i don't get to finish my registration so i could get my member ID. could anygive me their member ID and just your e-mail address so i can download the anti-virus program? thanks

i have tried using the Emergency Repair Disk but it doesn't work. as when i installed win me onto my system it overwrote the boot menu. so i had to use the win2k boot disks to fix the win2k installation.
