The reason for this is when the screnn goes Blank, and by pushing CTRL+ALT+DEL u are exiting out of the Windows 2000 program code, and allows you to shut down individual programs there for Windows doesnt really run. at times as well when u push ctrl+ALT+DEL you wont see nothing which is another prob, your system freezes. Dont worry about it and dont do it why push CTRL+ALT+DEL if your system freezes when the screen saver comes on chances are its the power Management disable it in the Control pannel and Bios Oaks@Swintex1.freeserve.co.uk

The best thing for you to do is Disable Zone alarm or uninstall it. You should only use that program if you are using a lot of chat programs, or even Napster where there is a port left open on the System. Everytime u start IE 5 or Netscape it automatically detects a Browser openning and automatically boots. So un-install Zone Alarm
