    Voodoo5 Vs. Geforce2 Ultra

Trust me, you would want the FSAA, beleive me, it will make your games look much more better. Who cares about the T&L feature that isn't in the card right now. I heard that when you have a P3 system or higher, the software T&L is actually faster than the video card's T&L feature. The most useful feature that you can have on your video card is the FSAA, it will make your game look much more better. Besides FSAA is the most CPU intensive thing to do. It is better to offloaded it to the video. --- Want to get paid while using your computer? Then visit: http://okpayme.cjb.net

    Geforce still locking up

I have the same problem, but the only difference is that I have the FIC 503+ motherboard. It doesn't matter which video card I put in, it will just lock up, before booting up to the desktop. It hangs on the black screen. I heard that putting out he Realmagic DVD card, is suppose to fix that problem. Can someone please confirm this for me. --- Want to buy stuff for a cheap price? Video problem with Win2k

Does anyone know if Windows 2000 will work with the VIA MVP3 Chipset? Because I get the problem where the VIA tech CPU is conflicting with the AGP controller. And when I go to update the drivers through the setup way, and by clicking on update driver on the VIA CPU tech, the conflict will go away. But then when I try to install the Asus 6600 GeForce video drivers, and then reboot Windows, Windows 2000 will not boot in anymore. It just hangs at the Windows start-up logo (not even to the login prompt or desktop). Or is it just best just to stick with Intel's chipset, which is the 815 i'm looking at. If anyone can help, please let me know what I can do to fix this problem.

    Video problem with Win2k

Wouldn't the Asus v6600 driver from Asus work? You would expect the companies drivers to work with its card, but it doesn't. I guess I could give nVidia drivers a try.
