I have been trying to get my scsi card to work for three days and I need help. Here's what I can tell you: It is a adaptec 2940U pci (bios 1.23S3). I am trying to get my onstream sc30e to work with it. Everytime I try to install the onstream drivers, the system reboots itself. If I install the drivers in safe mode, it installs fine, but when I try to use the drive in normal mode, I get an blue screen with Non-page fault. I know the tape drive works because I was using an usb-scsi adapter to test it. Don't know if it is a problem with the scsi card or something I am doing wrong. Someone help me!!!!

I was wondering if anyone else in the forums have a onstream tape drive and are using the echo software properly. Whenever I install the software, i get massive blue screens. Wondering if anyone else got those?

I have Nero and can't burn wma files. It gives me so type of error(forgot to write it down). Anyway I went to Nero helptool website and it said it had to download the codec. I was wondering if anyone knew where this codec was.

Okay....I have installed wmp 7.1 and nero could burn wma. Then I rebooted my system and now it's not working again. Tried reinstalling wmp and nero still doesn't work. Someone help me!!!

I was wondering if anyone here has been using nero drive speed and knows how good it is at reducing the max. speed.

Yeah, I have X-setup, but it doesn't have this feature. I like it cuz, it doesn't stay in the registry and I'm trying to figure the best way to stabilize my machine.

Have you heard of a virtual cd called daemon tools. The program is perfect and it works in win2k. It can make a virtual drive of isos, bins, clonecd images, and blindwrite images.

Do You really need SP1. If you don't, then don't install it. I kinda had the same problem with my western digitals, my comp would just stop during heavy usage. Did you try safe mode, and trying to uninstall it from there. If you have, I don't know what else to do, but reinstall

I have two Western Digital hard drives (WD30 0BB-00AUA1 - 30gig 7200RPM and WD30 7AA 5400 RPM). Both drives are ATA66 and on independent ports. Whenever I try to run a programs that's push the hard drive, like disk defragger, my computer locks up. When I reboot and look into event viewer, I have warning and errors all over the place. The warning is "An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk1\DR1 during a paging operation. " The error is "The device, \Device\Scsi\HPT3662, did not respond within the timeout period" I was wondering if anyone has been a problem like this or may know how to fix it. If you need more info, please ask...I've been trying to fix this problem and haven't had any luck with it. My Specs are: P3 600B Abit BE6 256 pc133 ram

I already used the dldiag on both drives(extended test) and they both passed. I had the latest bios when the problems started. I said "*&^& it" and reinstalled 2k and installed the beta drivers. So far, they're haven't been any problems. Don't know what the event id's were, but thank you for the articles.

The problem is that a file called lmouflt2.sys is still not ver. 9.00 when you install the 9.00 drivers. Try uninstalling then rebooting, and renaming the sys file. Then install the 9.00 drivers. Those are the only ones that seem to work for me

I was just wondering if anyone else was still having problems with logitech drivers > 9.00. You know the problem where if you press two buttons at the same time they cancel each other out. I think I figured out how to fix it.

I know what you're feeling and talking about. I can't play UT or Q3A like I used to. I hope they fix this problem because I haven't had a mouse that fits my long fingers like a logitech mouseman can

I have a gf2 mx and I've used drivers 6.34, 6.47, & 7.17 and I still get flickering in my games. Vsync is off and so is antialias, does anyone know how to fix this problem? I also have another problem with my tv-out,whenever I use the refresh rate fix, it screws out my config and I can't use my tv-out anymore. Can anyone suggest something to me, I'm tired of installing/uninstalling drivers

That same thing happens to me when I playing UT. Don't know but I hope logitech fixes the problem soon

Well if you use 133mhz ram chips, it should run fine. I'm doing it with a p3 600b processor for two months and haven't had many problems caused by the processor, only random errors that seemed to fix themselves after a reboot

Boot from the Win2k CD and do a manual repair. That should fix your problem. It worked for me

Do you have a virus scanning while you're using the gamepad, cuz I know that I would get the BSOD for ntgrip.sys because of norton antivirus having the autoscanner enabled. Once I disabled it, no more BSOD
