don't the 22.50's cause aftefacts in unreal tournament for any of you?i had problems with them-like once every second or so something strange would pop up,sort of like torn textures,so i went back to 21.88! shame since they were noticably faster. the card is a msi geforce2 pro (not oc-ed)

i dont use the fancy one,its the same one as in win.2000! i guess its just a reg hack to point to a .theme file,but i haven't got a clue where to start looking,so please help me out!

ughhh,there is windowblinds for xp(i guess its free for now coz its beta)and you can use all the skins for wb as thems,haven't tried it myself-i dont like things like that,hell i'm running the clasical theme,but if you like it you could give it a try (beware it may suck bigtime)

how do you change it? i really hate it,and display props/desktop/customize desktop doesnt work,works for my comp. and the other stuff,but not for the bin

it skips,preses every button,scrolls on its own-but only when i move it around. fist i uninstalled intellipoint-the problem was still there,so i reinstalled them-the mouse stopped responding,then i turned off the fast initialiation thing from dev mngr,and when i rebooted it seemed to me as the problem was gone,but the mouse wasnt recognized correctly and i couldnt use the 4-th/5-th button in explorer i thaught maby it could be ie 6 that was fücking it up,so i did a clean install(there was a lot of crap anyway),but the problem is still here,only now it seems to be more fond on the right mouse button and this started happening about a week ago,the only things i remeber doing about that time are installing ie 6-this isnt a problem now since i went back to 5.5 sp1,and upgrading the firmware on my cdrom-could this be the problem? almost forgot-the mouse is intellimouse web(yeah its not the optical one) and its on ps2 directly(no usb=>ps2 adapters),the mobo is asus p2b(latest oficial bios i think),and the os is win 2000 sp1

right now the ones that come with win 2000,and the mouse works _allmost_ normally (no 4,5 buttons) with the "fast initialisation" check-box unchecked,so you might wanna try that

i noticed this option in tweak ui,i use it to change the favorites folder,might work

i guess ie5setup.exe /c:"ie5wzd.exe /d /s:" "#E" worked for me,i mean the setup files are here,and i dont remember using any other cmnd

yeah i had problems with sp2:explorer crashed,memory could not be read msgs,cpu utilisation(?spelling?) stayed at 10% with nothing running,so its sp1 for me

tweak ui install-run it,go to general,uncheck "show windows version on desktop"

edit sysoc.inf(winnt\inf\sysoc.inf) with notepad. remove "HIDE" between ,,( eg: blah blah ,HIDE, blah -> blah blah ,, blah) then you can remove more stuff in add/remove programs-windows components
