Have you installed the MiniGL drivers?
-
I had a similar problem, down at the bottom of Word it would say "Requesting Virus Scan" it would soon crash after that. In the Word options I told it to NOT request a scan upon loading, no more crashing.

Could someone post the registry tweak to unlock the overclocking features of Nvidia. Thanks in advance.
-
Mine is overclocked right now to 1.93GHz from it's stock speed of 1.8GHz. I could go higher but my memory is running Async at 333MHz stock, I don't really care to clock the memory down and lose 50MBps avg. in mem bandwidth. 133MHz is not a bad overclock. 143 BUS X 13.5 Clock.

I have the 2200+ on the .13 Fab. I haven't heard good or bad as far as overclocking. Seems like it overclocks ok, anyone heard or seen anything with this model?
-
Yes you can damage the card if you do not go slowly. With normal cooling usually about 10%. If you have a higher end card maybe more.
-
You will know if you went too far when your game/windows locks up or you start to see wierd video anomolies. Proper cooling usually consists of a Heat Sink and Fan on your card's GPU. If you overclock your card by a lot then you should get a bigger HS&F and may want to consider small heatsinks for your video memory.

That tweak enables the option in display settings to control clock speed and memory speed of the card. Yes it can cause damage to your card, it is recommended that if you use this tweak you do it in increments of 1MHz. Also have proper cooling.

You will need the SIS AGP Driver though.

Thank you very much.

There's no scarier feeling then strolling around a corner right into Nazi hands and all you have is 5 rounds left in your only weapon a handgun. Medal of Honor series gets my vote.

The heat spreader has popped off of my P4 2.0GHz chip. What do I need to do to fix it? Is the heat spreader really needed?

Sorry the pix are so blurry, crappy cam. So I can't send this back to Intel then huh?
-
What is the link to [H]?
-
Even if it as an OEM chip? Where do I send it? Intel's site is probably the worst I have seen.

I don't have my digital cam with me (i am at work). But I will post a picture tonight for all to see.

I can't even tell where and how the darn thing was mounted on there. It came off CLEAN.

There's also about 10 or so services that XP has running that usually are not necessary.

Microsoft software thief dies unexpectedly aged 32

Multiple organ failure is usually a result of poisoning. He must've pissed off the wrong person. -
I have downgraded (I call it an upgrade) from XP Pro to 2000 Pro. I had two drives, formatted the one used for 2000 in XP. No problems with NTFS. Yes you will have to reformat ... uless you can simply delete everything on the drive (usually not). Remember to backup: Email and address book Favorites My Documents and any special folders you've created.

Front Page 02 has the Wrong Password and I want to change it

What OS are you running. In Windows XP with FrontPage 2002 the log-in prompt waits for you to click OK. Yours just passes this point?
