Cmon fellas.. I dont wanna knock him off totally.. just limit him to 30k for something.. I have a computer running windows 2000 as the server.. and all 3 pcs are hooked to a hub.. the dsl goes to the server..

Ive looked through MANY different network monitoring applications, havent seen any that can limit the bandwidth.. Ive seen one app that can do it, but it was like $3000... Cant be that hard to do..

I am running a little 3 Node LAN, 2 Workstations running Win98se, and a server running Windows 2000.. I use the server to be Inet Gateway for the other 2 workstations.. here is my question: Is there any way to limit the Internet Bandwidth each workstation is allowed? I am tired of playing Unreal Tournament online, and my roommate starts downloading from Napster and taking all my bandwidth.. And other stuff like that. I cant find anyone that knows how to do this.. please help.. Dave
