It worked in builds 2419 and 2428. I just want to know if there is a way to reinstall WMP8 without having to install whistler.

I'm using win2k drivers... the problem is only with WMP8. It'll play the file but as soon as i pause it, stop it, or if the video/audio clip is done i get BSOD.

There is a way to get rid of them... but it just replaces the ads with a message. If you want I still have ICQ99b, i could send it to you.

I just got it today...it fukin kicks a$$. I find it operates much faster than the previous office 10 beta. Whoever released OfficeXP Final did a crappy job. They acced it (which needs winace 2.02) and then zipped the files. Very unprofessional.

What type of IP assigning does your DSL provider provide? I have the low end DSL service so my IP is through NAT addressing...therefore i'm only allowed to use 1 IP... if i got a higher end DSL package I could go with 2 static IPs or 8 DHCP address. If your provider allows for more than 1 IP assigned per user then just hook yer external DSL modem up to the hub and use a program called dynu to assign a static forwarding address.

I suggest using redhat 7.1 beta. Internet connection sharing is easy to set up with the kde2.1 interface and you get a ton of nice options (like routing without firewall protection)

Ok, I installed 2428 and wehn it boots it doesn't load the theme services.. I have to manually start them even though it says (automatic) startup. Extremly annoying. Any one know how to fix this? Also, I can't seem to install drivers. I go to update my Nvidia drivers, everything seems to isntall correctly but when I reboot low and behold, the windows default drivers are still installed. I recently switched back to 2419 because of this. Do you think 2446 will fix this?

I had the same problem as you when i had my shatty gigabyte board. I switched over to an Asus P3V133 board and all my problems went away.

I had the same problem using the crappy Detonator 3 7.xx drivers. I recommend upgrading to 10 beta 10.50 drivers.
