exactly, but it's not the GUI that is screwing up his mouse.. by the way, DosFreak...the slowness is not on all the systems in the world, it doesn't lag on me, it doesn't lag on my friend's system, it doesn't lag on my cousin's system, these systems are not super fast or anything....your comment about it being slow should be from your point of view, you make it sound like everyone agrees with you.... that's really dumb then that there is no DX8 for NT...why wouldn't DX8 NT Version work in NT4 if it works in 2000?

I would ***ume that getting the latest Service Pack and getting DX8 would fix this

if you have ISA devices, take them out, ISA sucks anyways, make sure PNP OS installed is OFF in the BIOS. Then try again. I had to remove my ISA modem to get it working, but I never use the modem anyways.

you couldn't be far from the truth... there are currently over 250 hardware devices that never worked in 2000 that work in Whistler now. Go for Whistler and see if they work.

Ok, there has been some heated battles around about Nvidia vs. 3Dfx.. now, I have a choice...all that I have is a RivaTNT 16 MB PCI Video Card, I'm kinda getting sick of it. I can get a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP for free. Which should I keep? RivaTNT or Voodoo 3? Thanks, any opinion is welcome I guess, cause I don't know which way to go...
