I can't save any attachments because every one of them are grayed out in the attachment area from a received email. I did a fix to this a long time ago, but after a fresh reinstall, I can't remember how, any ideas? TIA

I have it set to 0 days but it still won't erase it. I have the 'Address' bar in my taskbar also, all of the links that I type in there just stay. What app can I get that will auto erase these at shutdown or something similar? Thanks again. ;(

Well, it's really a guy I work with that's having this problem. I used that free program "Outlook Express Backup" or something like that...it was here that I was recommended to it. It's important because there is some vital client info on his stored email stuff that could mean some deep crap for us, or him if he doesn't figure it out I can ask him what the files are exactly if necessary

Some time ago, I downloaded a utility that allowed me to back up some messages. I burned the files to CD then got my new computer....I didn't really HAVE to have those messages w/ my new computer so I just re-set up my email etc. Now, I realize that I have some very important emails in the old files. The problem is, when I import all my old messages, it erases my current messages. Is there any way I could have both my old and my current messages? Perhaps with Outlook upgrade? ANY, and I mean ANY help is appriciated at this point Thank you

Thank you! That did the trick!

Ok, I just installed dual monitors, everything seems to be working in relativly good order except ONE THING! The secondary PCI card says it is the #1 card under the Display Properties in stead of the #2 device. How do I get my good AGP GeForce 3 ti 200 to be my #1 device and not #2??? I can't play CS with the other PCI on the settings I want the way it is.

Careful with the new critical updates!

Yah no kidding man, that damned update got me last night. I just install them usually, however, I did read that it had an "update" for IM. But it reinstalled the ghey thing and I couldnt' remove it. Even if you go to options and have it not launch with windows it's still there when you check your email, farging thing. I did system restore, then when it popped back up, I unchecked that one and viola! -
Hey I got it finally...I used a slightly different one, but you're right, Desktop X is cool for something different. Thanks for the tips!
