I havent had time to test it out too much but I havent seen it pop up yet... so im pretty sure its fixed, but Im not 100% sure.
-
Well it hasnt happened again since I tried the 6.34 drivers and turned off "PCI Master Read Caching" "Delayed Transaction" and "Byte Merge" in the BIOS.... Im unsure which MAY have fixed it.... so Ill keep it as is for a day to make sure it really is fixed, and if so Ill try newer drivers again.

Ill try it, tho I dont see it being the problem. I have a A7V133 and Ive been using AGP 4X, 128MB AGP size, and UCSW all along and never had a problem, but hey Ill try it anyways cause you never know. Here is my total system setup... A7V133 T-Bird 1.2ghz @ 1.47Ghz (Yes I tried it at default) 256MB Mosel Rev2 Creative Annihilator Pro SB Live! Thats all that really matter... but im guessing its a software issue. Also Im not totally sure its OpenGL only, but it only happens with CS and Quake3... Baldurs Gate 2 and Red Alert 2 both exit fine. I havent tried any other games.

Like I said I tried multiple drivers, 6.50, 7.52, 7.58, 10.80, 11.00, 12.00

I have built 2462 and have tried quite a few different video drivers, both Quake 3 and CS lock my PC sometimes when I quit the game... both are OpenGL, I havent seemed to have this problem with D3D. Any ideas?

Hey I killed you a few times in CTF today Anyways it wasnt Vsync... my AGP Aperture Size was set to 64MB... I changed it to 128MB and it works fine with Nvidia 7.52 drivers now.

I can't stop the god awful flickering in MW4 in Win2K. Im using Detonator 6.47 (Which Ive used before without problem). I formatted recently, before the format I was using the same drivers and this did not happen. Any clues how to stop this flickering?

I finally figured it out.... I installed the LargePageMinimum.reg patch from AMD and it runs 100% perfect now, kick *** !

Alright here is the problem. In both Half-Life, Counter Strike, (OpenGL mode) and MW4 (D3D req. DX8) I get lockups.... semi random, usually within 30 min. Now this is with my GeForce DDR, now when I put in my GeForce2 MX they run perfectly fine which is whats weird. Same drivers, same machine. Here is a list of what I have tried.. and my config. MS VIA AGP Win2K patch VIA 4in1 4.25-4.28 NVidia Reference Drivers 6.31-6.67 SP1 All games are patched to latest version. Asus A7V 256MB PC133 CLS2 T-Bird 800@1060 (No its not the OCing causing it I checked) Creative GeForce DDR The MX is a Micro-X GeForce2 MX (Got it for free) Ive tried every BIOS option I can think of too... Fast Writes off, AGP Aperature Size, AGP 2X instead of 4... So if you have any ideas let me know.

I also had the same problem. With drivers 6.47 I got no sound and VERY jumpy video or no video at all.... with 6.34 it worked fine except it would lock up every 15 minutes or so. I just run it in 98 now with 6.47 and it works fine.
