    Win2k Server NAT

Help! I am running Win2k server with NAT (not ICS). Everything works great, but once in a while I will lose all connectivity to the network. I cannot ping any internet address or internal network address. This is a major server and I can't have it go down like this. I am in dire need of an answer! Could it be configured incorrectly, how can I delete my current setup of NAT / Routing and Remote Access and get it to go back to system defaults, not remember what settings were there last time...or is it something else? Help! Thanks
