There's many ways to do it and this is maby not the best but it's what I use (since 10 minutes ago). In "Games and Filters" change: Folder to c:\ Command line to \WINNT\system32\CMD.EXE /C "start /HIGH c:\point.it.to.your\hl.exe -console -condebug -game cstrike"
