Is there ANYWAY I can disable Outlook Express fromo either coming up or instlaling each and every time when I create a new user's profile, the Outlook Express Icons shows up each and every time I setup a new user's profile, how can I make it so this will not happen anymore? Thanks in advance!

When opening Explore by right clicking on the start menu the size of which is opens is fine, BUT when trying to open it from a Drive Letter from MY Computer the size of it when it opens IS VERY SMALL like 1" x 2" and I can't figure on how to change the size of it so when next time it opens it's that size, I tried the Control+ALT+Shift and then closing it but that doesn't seem to help? any ideas would be great and much appreciated, Thank You!.

I have a few questions about Sysprep for NT4 if you can help it would be appreciated! After using sysprep how do you do the following or what do I need to put in the Unattended.txt file? (1) Make to make it Default for the system to countdown from the typical 30 seconds to your determined count time?(after using Sysprep) (2) How do you copy a default User Profile to(Administrator) to other Profiles to keep Desktop Settings and so fourth? I tried to use %systemroot%\Profiles\Default Users but it does not keep the settings for the desktop info I wanted to save (3)And last question how do you make it default to disable the annoying *Did You know* screen that pops up after each new user logs onto the system Again ANY help would be appreciated on this!, Thanks in advance!!!
