The problem is that the game won't run. The FAQ mentions the error message, and suggests a problem with Windows Media Player, which I also had the latest version of. It also mentions outdated audio and/or video codecs. This happens to a friend of mine as well, running a totally different hardware configuration. According to the software list, it's supposed to run "great" on W2K.

I'm trying to install Boggle on my Windows 2K desktop, but it won't fully install. When it gets to the DirectX files, it goes from 99% to 100% installed without copying the files. I have DirectX 8 installed and the latest video drivers. The game won't run without the DirectX files. Any idea on how to force this install? It installs properly on W98 with DirectX already installed, but not with W2K. Any help will be appreciated.
