OK when i try turning on the computer i get 1 long beep and 2 short ones,any one have and idea what it is? mobo-abitkt7a-raid proces...-athlon 850 ram-256 video card-nividia geforce 2 mx 64 meg

yea i hope they come out with the dual for a cheap price3 cause thats all i relly like processor wise

i have simular problems but when it freezes it locks the whole computer and i have to restart the computer i am tryin somke different video card drivers and see what the out come is of that

Ok when i formatted AND SWITCHED TO win me i used the drivers that came with my card but now the monitor goes off after my computers idles for a while then when i try to move the mouse and make it come bback on it freezes and stays black i belive it;s the drivers but i dunno and now i am using win 98 and it still does the same thing so if some one can tell me step by step how to install the drivers for thw video card i would greatttly preciate it.and anither thing the monitor says to high of hertz? someone pleaze help:D

ok whe you download thge drivers from ctrl-alt-del.com there is no setup fdile so how do you install them?

OK i just retired the full tower now i am down to a mid tower , but it's coolmy sound card is finally dead too and i am runnin windows me for the time being. but i since we are gonna get cable in our town i want to set up a counter strike server so i am holding the full tower for that. server specs this is what i hope to have duel duron 900 mother board is what ever there is of duel socket a's 512 megs of ram video card will be a cheap one beater cd rom ibm 60 gig and not sure what else but hopefully amd or whoever is makin the duel mobo for socket a get's it done soon but i do want to make a server though but though but if they don't make the dual socket moco soom i will go with duel celery 800 and a abit mobo

i got my 3d mark 2000 & 2001 scores , ed tweak my comp last night. 3d mark 2000=5695 3d mark 2001=3006

ok i tried to over clock my cpu to the max and i had to clear cmos to get it to normal setting and when i turnit back on it only picked up the primary master. does any one have an i dea

yea you can over clock a modem if it has a rockwell chipset and it has to be 33.6 or 28.8 i think, but i have a new problem on my hands. earlier today i tried to over clock my cpu to see how high i could get it to go and i had to clear the cmos and now the mobo only picks up the primary master, does anyone have any suggestions, but i got it to go to 968 and after that icouldn't go anymore but some one please help me

first thing is first how did you install cs? did you install hl ten download cs , or what, but make sure you got the update patch for hl go to www.planethalflife.com for all your hl and cs needs

my computer freezes on halflife during game play both multi and regular and it does it on all the halfife games includein,cs,opfor,tfc i got the latest paatches and update and the amd patch so what could be the problem abit-kt7a-raid amd-athlon-850 maxtor-8.08 256 generic geforce 2-nividia-64m
