Computer specs to see who has the better computer. Soyo 5ema motherboard amd 56-2 400mhz 92m of ram tnt riva 16m video card. creative 64m sound card pc-dvd 5x us robotics modem sampo 14" monitor maxtor 8.08 harddrive 5400rpm 300w ps 3 fans I got my amd duron 750 in the mail today i just got to wait for the motherboard and i got a thermaltake fan.

Ah I can finally post again. I had this wierd error where ever time i tried to login it would say page could not be displayed o well lol SO how has everyone been?

OK i just put a machine togehter so i could run linux and i am having a problem with getting on the net with it, other than that everything else is fine. I went through the install fine and all that but anyways to the point .I have 2 modem in the computer us robotics 56k lucent win modem I went though and used the KPPP dial up tool and I tried every setting but the most i got out of it was It said Intalizing modem and thats alll it did is there any recomendations for a modem or osmething Please help thx

Well damn i thought no one knew about king pin but in my opion personally i i thought it had killer graphics but i never really liked the whole setting of the game and the fact that you started with a lead pipe

Hey NIce ot see this topic up again.my current specs Athlon Xp 1800 Epox 8hka+ 266 ddr 156 megs 30 gig maxtor 60 gig western digital asus 50x cd rom 300 watt psu 17 inch gateway vivtron linksys nic us robotics 56k fax modem creative sound card geforece 2 mx 32 meg and it plays ut2k3 at 800x600x32 fine but i havn't had to much to do or say

well my box runs fine, i just got an athlon xp 1800,and it has somebeater cooler,never goes over 120 with the sides of case on and the only ventaltion is the ps fan.but for me i havn't had any probs since i got rid of the 1.3.
