Hi Guys. Last time i have done this it was office 97 I need to get into a password protected excel xp file. i did an overall look on the net but could not find anything non-commercial. Anybody has a small tool that will do the trick. Thx.... C.

No major problems on our deployments However, at my home machine i started to get "can not read from memory xxxxxxx etc error" occasionaly. And windows update ain't very cooperative, like it refuses to work no matter what. Also my Notebook is gone haywire and had to reinstall the OS. My home desktop was a fresh install. Apart from those it is fine never had any stability problems before or after.

Hi, We noticed today that 7 of our newly SP3'ed machines are also doing the same trick as yours apaul38. They are all fresh installs and definetely no beta of any kind or power failure or crash I have traced it down to be a network problem. are you connecting directly or over a lan. Solution: Not yet, working on it. iuctl.dll: It is update software nothing more. the US works on your machine it just can't download anything etc.

Nero is cool. it is decent piece of SW. InCD still has a few problems but a lot better and troublefree compared to any and all versions of Direct CD (Adaptec) They already gave you the addresses.

Are you running any firewall? like NIS or so. I had it go bunkers twice and block access to the mail server. but only mail server. Uninstall did the trick. Also it appears your problem is not with your software or settings something is blocking your access. Otherwise it would have never worked.

My old 440bx would beep if you install two of the exact same pci cards in slot 1 and 2 like two identical raid or network cards. My Tyan Thunder board will beep if i have the onboard scsi enabled and i have an IDE raid card in the 32 bit pci slot. so it is not just memory or grapics that cause computers to beep, it can be a lot of things. K You are right in that case, i just never testes what makes the mobo in front of me tick ! (i mean beep) All decent and recent MOBO's give warning if there is no fan or it is not working if they are set to do so in the bios. But i have not seen identical cards causing an error. Anyway he is got the pointer now so should be able to sort it out.

Exchange is cool. why use 5.5 when you can have 2k. it has less problems. but don't install on your file server or any server. keep it in a seperate box. it is the kind of animal that needs to be quarantined and backed up regularly. if you stroke it just the right way it will make your life just a bit easier.

It is a mathematical problem... linear equations as being axact... Here are some pointers i am too lazy to solve it.
