So should I uninstall the voodoo driver files and download and install version v3-w2k-1.03.00 again?

Hello I just updated to w2k pro and have updated all my drivers. The problem is when I try to load tribes I get the 3dfx screen then it goes black which hangs causing me to reboot. I have a voodoo 3 3000pci which I updated, dx8, p111 450 128 megs ram. I updated the game to newest version but still the same so what is going wrong?
