When i install my voodoo 5 for the first time it comes up with errors(i know its ment 2) but when i reboot and try to install it again i get the same errors.When i click on the task man icon nothing happens.When i ceck the tools manager nothing is listed plz help! 8)

thing is taskbar wont load because theres nothing to load thats my problem plz help!

1.04.00 ive got them but it just dont work i did a repair and it came up with the same errors when i try to run tools nothing.I dunno what else to do. is any1 else havin the problem?
