    Help With Internet Sharing

    With WinXP. Internet sharing works fine but only the host can send/recieve emails. I checked the network settings and i saw some settings for POP3 and SMTP but i don't know what to fill in. I've tried using ip and or computer name but it is still not working. Can someone please help?
