FoxServ is a free Apache / mySQL / PHP installer package for Windows. FoxServ features the latest versions of all included pacakges, user defined configuration during installation, PHP as a module, PEAR, the Zend Optimizer, and phpMyAdmin. Anyone interested in writing PHP code for their website, running a web site off their own computer, or mySQL programming should check FoxServ out.
