thats what i did i first locked it but i dont have to unlock it to use any program it doesnt even ask for my password but i did get it to work sort of i used a screen saver with a password

how come my computer wont lock i hit ctrl alt delete click lock computer type in pass word and still i can run programs far as i know that should lock every one out but it dont running win2k

i all ready did that didnt help but IE 6 did

i just install win2k and when i try to surf the web IE says i am not connected but i have cable if i click on try again i then have no problem how do i tell win2k i am allways connected i have the setting on lan and every thing works it just when i start IE i all ways have to hit try again

I have 2 pc's hooked together on a router the only thing they share is the router but on the 1 with win2k when i boot i get and error duplicate name has been detected the name is the computer name my cable isp gave me how do I find and remove it

when i suff the web i get this popup ad all the time hell sometimes i have 10-12 of them how do i remove it so it does come back BTW it doe not matter what web site i go to i still get it even here http://www.homestead.com/pmondo/files/popup.bmp

how can I backup my HD to a CD-RW? when i try to do it and select G in the backup wizzard i get an error G is not a vaild drive or you do not have access to it but yet i can copy CD's on it I am logined in as administer what am I doing wrong

is there any way i can get win2k to display the amount of memory I have in MB instead of KB? if not how many KB are there in 1 MB
