a reinstall of all of all of the sims seems to have fixed the problem... thanks for the help guys.

I am running the sims house party.. but i have no sound! it seems like i had sound the first time i played, but now it doesent work anymore after the first time!!! i installed latest soundcard drivers and reinstalled the sims, and i dont know what the problem is, is anyone else having this problem? thanks!
