On the Maxtors, according to Maxtor yes On the A7V, the most current Brazilian 1008x This message has been happening through many revisions and SP's Since the drives are identical, the message only referring to the 2nd one is what gets me.

Reduced performance may result. Maxtor swears it's the Promise Ultra driver 1.60/33 Promise says talk to Asus, Asus doesn't respond. Any ideas would be appreciated.
