Just installed WIN2000, outside any game, my mouse works perfect but once I enter one, everything goes wrong!! I have some sort of delay on my mouse moves!! Can someone help me pls???

The ones I tried are CS and Dune

When I play CS somethimes the games just freezes and I can't get back to windows to close the game I tried different drivers for my geforce ddr but the problem keeps appearing.
