Hi all! I am only beginner in W2000 so please advise me how to install Whistler Application Compatibility Toolkit 2 under W2000 Pro. I downloaded it from www.microsoft.com but when I try to install it the message "Windows Whister 2462 required" always appears. I found some threads here in this forum but I still don't understand the installation procedure. Thanks a lot. D.

Hello guys ! I've got strange problem.There are many threads on the web with nVidia INFINITE LOOP,but it looks other on my machine... The problem: I have very aggressive DDR settings,GeForce Ti overclocked too - the system is superb stable. I've been playing games for hours.No lockups at all. NHL 2002, NBA 2001 Live, NFS4 ,NFS5 ,C&C:Renegade Yesterday I found out that I am unable to play RTCW & Q3 Arena. RTCW runs only few minutes and then ALWAYS "nv4disp BSOD" appears. I thought that it is RTCW related.But it is the same with Q3 Arena. I tried to run VULPINEGL Mark - it works fine ... --> I don't think that Q3 engine sucks ?! So please advice if U can why my system can't run OpenGL games. I know that I'll have to play with KR7A bios settings and try other Detonators (now I have 23.11)... But why only RTCW Thanks a lot for it D.

Yes - You are right,it looks like OGL games are much more sensitive that DX ones... I changed 2TCommand instead of 1TCommand in KR7A Bios. It seems to help in RTCW D.

I've been playing this game since it has been released ...only under XP. I found out that the speed of the game on my PC depends on version of Detonators. Try to change the Detonators - maybe this can help you... Do you have an Athlon system too ? Because I don't have any patches installed for my system... Regards D.

Hello there! I have got Abit KG7 with AMD 761 chipset , Samsung DDR. Running XP Pro - No patches,no updates and absolutely no problems at all. FSB is overclocked to 155 MHz without stability issues. I am heavy gamer too. Machine is connected to the network via two 100MBps adapters. Average uptime is 4-5 days. AMD or INTEL - it doesn't matter.Try to buy quality components. I think that VIA266A chipsets may be a little bit faster but I personally don't believe them. My choice is still AMD761 Regards D.

I read that Morgan Core is equal to performance of T-Bird in games but produces less heat , it is better overclockable and is a little bit cheaper ...This new computer is built mostly for games.
