i got this from the windows help file:
"In the Windows .NET Server 2003 family, only Windows .NET Server 2003, Standard Edition supports infrared networking."
somebody have any idea how to get it to work?
this is very stupid. if i am going to spend thousand of dollars for the best windows i want to have all extras.
can somebody tell me the major differences between standard, web server and enterprise server editions. because i am going to install standard edition if infrared is not supported on enterprise.
damn. maybe the only solution is to install standard edition.
maybe there is some way to "extract" required dlls and to manage enterprise to work with it.
does "wireless networking" means infrared at all or infrared without network support. because my driver installs correctly (not yellow mark) but just do not work.
ok. i tried to use windows xp own cd-recording software, BUT when i put my CD-RW disc windows said "there is no dics in drive".
and where is blank CD-RW option? any ideas?
