My phone makes the tea and acts as a torch in really dark places

Ive had a few probs with a couple of sets of nvidia drivers, but it was only with 2 of the most recent versions. Just consisting of dropping to desktop, and 1 blue screened the pc on shutdown. Doesnt occur with 99% of the drivers though, and never with the official ones.

Id just like to vouch for delphi, i love it

When you first apply it it should take 1-2 days to fully sort itself out, and may give you a degree or so lower temps after those 1-2 days. But after that you should never need to reapply it.

Yeah, and its not like those are officially released. Nvidia only stick 1 up on there site every few months.

Na whats the point, i could produce some numbers of my own but you seem set on buying it anyway, and you really need to calm down a bit. I never meant to insult you or anything in any above post. Just let me know what results you get, im SURE youll get some massive overclock like 400/800 just from buying this cooler, and even if you dont youll say that you have. Have fun.

hehe Actual temps decreaced by approximatly 3-5 degrees C. I love those graphs, maybe if they set the axis at 0, instead of 330 it would make you realise what a pathetic increase that is. Max overclock was all of 5mhz $19.99 for 5mhz overclock!??

Na, ive found that the net is at least 10x quicker on my pc, since getting a p4. Dunno if maybe getting adsl had something to do with that but hey, ill give this 1 to intel

IM not gonna bother with this card any more Im hoping the nv30 will have 100% free FSAA so Why dont they just make a card that has a seperate off chip.....chip, dedicated to just doing FSAA! Then you could have FSAA totally free.

You should have 0 problems with it under XP, just grab the latest detonator drivers from www.nvidia.com when you install it.

HighPoint 370 update driver: Anyone give it a shot yet (alon
JP- replied to BladeRunner's topic in Hardware
I did do a speed comparason at the time yes, but i dont recall the exact figures for the non-raid drives. Ill test them again tonight when i get home, i seem to remember that the actual benched speed was at least 20-30mb/s higher when raid-ed. But the problem was that i couldnt see a difference in actual usage Ill test em again when i get home and let ya know what they get -
Well said dude.

Ive had these 60GXPs ever since they were first released (whenever that was ) and ive had 0 problems to far, and you are right bout the 75GXPs, i beleve its them that have the reported problems. I also thought about a mirror but by doing so i effectivly lose 40GB of storage space. What ive got atm is just 2 drives running as 2 seperate drives, so i just keep all important stuff on both drives, so if 1 breaks ive got the info on another drive. -

Yes, my drives were on RAID0, using the highpoint controller. 2x IBM 60GXPs, which at the time were the best drives i could buy. I set them up on there own first, and then thought i would give RAID a go, sure enough HDTach reported 80-90MB read speeds. But i couldnt really notice the difference in real world usage, as i dont edit video or do CAD, or whatever..... Also, as i only had the 2 drives, by sticking them in RAID0 i was effectivly removing all redundancy, as if 1 failed i could say bye bye to the whole lot. I would really love to beleve RAID0 was worth it for the desktop user, but in my experience...it isnt oh and btw, as i really wanted to beleve desktop RAID0 was good, i tried it with every possible stripe size. -

Id like to see some actual real world comparasons of raid0 in action then, not sandra benchies! I was running it myself at 1 point but i couldnt notice the difference, maybe it was just the crappy highpoint drivers at the time. -

Ive got the controller but when i realised that RAID was pointless for the desktop user, i just disabled it and thats how its gonna stay. -
Have you stuck the beta SP1 on it?

Ive had it on a 300mhz and a 500mhz, the 500 is fine, but the 300 is kinda sluggish Both K62s.
