Im always a paladin, but the 2nd kinda sub-class 1, cant remember what its called Tried being a mage but i have like 4 hp so i kinda die alot
-
I hope its a substantial manual from what ive heard it sounds pretty complex
-
Is it actually worth getting? its not out here yet i dont think, the combat looks a bit weird to me, kinda like thief and i didnt really like that at least the water looks like it uses pixel shaders first game in ages that actually uses some of these new features
-
Yeah even if your using 5.1 speakers tis a pain but games only seem to use 4 of the speakers and give you a big blank directly infront where the centre would be.
-
Sounds like you got it set to 5.1 speakers in the audigy audio centre thingy. Try setting it to 4 point or quadraphonic and you should be able to hear people speaking directly infront of you.

No-one released games on CDs when CD drive were new, but now look Will be same with DVD drives, thing is though that i must have got my 16x DVD drive almost a year ago now and i still cant find any faster ones to buy. Maybe they realise there is no point atm
-
Sorry if this sounds really insulting, but....whats the point. Any change you make can surely only provide the most tiny performance difference.
-
Dunno how you work that out sapiens.

Seems to me that every time someone has an IBM drive fail they need to tell everyone about it anyway, i can only speak from experience but ive had 2x60gxp drives that i have had since they were first released and they are still spinning as i type this. I have however now had 3 maxtor drives fail. As far as the TH7-II goes, ive got that board, it has next to 0 tweaks in the bios apart from overclocking and be warned it does have a slight cold boot problem when significantly overclocked (you may need to turn it on and then push reset for it to boot correctly). Apart from that, great board and 100% stable.
-
well you cant really blame em, they finally make a standard OS that does what both NT and 9x can do (supposedly) and they need to push ppl into dropping 9x would be alot easier for them just supporting NT. i would think that there must be a 9x version of dx9 though.
-
The chipset does, but the board may not, you had better check with the board makers site.
-
For some reason it does depend on the picture yeah, im able to get jpg on most pics but for some there is only the bmp option
-
Thats really a feature of intel chipsets rather than the board, as far as i know the abit and epox ones also do this. btw had fun playing cs with ya palos ill pop in again sometime
-
Try going into Internet Explorer and going to tools->internet options->connections tab and set it to 'never dial a connection'. Shouldnt ask you to dial when you play mohaa then.
-
They need to make a directx that looks as 'nice' and as crisp as opengl.
-
Yeah i remember signing up for it, no email from ms for me though
-
Ah it doesnt matter really, 3dmarks mean nothing. As long as you can run your games well with your current setup there is no need to change anything.
-
wow i didnt know you could do that
-
It should always say "ECC ram" or whatever when its ECC, if it doesnt say ecc or non-ecc then it will mean its not ECC ram. As far as i know if you got some ECC ram and stuck it in a board that doesnt support it it wont work at all.
-
ah i just like cuteftp, does everything i need and it was pretty easy to figure out.
-
k checked it out after spending 30mins downloading your custom sounds i finally made it in, i get around 70ping.
-
Final Fantasy 7, just a shame it wont work fully under XP.
-
Baldurs Gate cos i just like the whole BG storyline.
-
Well this is really the 1 game that I really wanted working in 2000/XP and now its working im happy..... Finally i can get back to moving that coal to the powerplants, simple but fun
-
Yup this is great innit I cant beleve someone actually went to the trouble to get this working in 2000, now every problem with 2000/xp is solved ! Anyway, 2 problems, as far as i know it wont work full screen in NT4, and the multiplayer doesnt work under 2000/xp, but im just happy i can now play this awesome game
