I have just installed rc1 on a a Dell laptop which previously had win2000 installed with no problems XP detects everything including my Psion gold global 56k modem pcmcia card problem is when modem connects to isp it goed through all the handshakes and gets to verifying user name+password and sticks there After about 30secs windows reports that the romote computer did not respond Please can anybody help

As per earlier post on the game theater xp take out 256meg of ram worked for me in rc1

DOwnload driver version 1.03b from highpoints web site cured problem for me in rc1 Hope this helps
