    I do. No problems at all. Took me ages to get my Tiger stable in win2k (early adopter - rev F) but XP has been a charm. Just FYI Tyan Tiger 133 3D Prophet III 2 Realtek NICS SB1024.

    Switch off all sound in the program (its in the options somewhere) and it works.

    I have the same problem with a dual P3 system and a P4 system (both with GF3s) so it is not Athlon specific. I have also tried the 14.20 drivers with no luck at all.

    The problem with Max Payne quitting while loading levels seems to be specific to Win2000 and WinXP users that run GeForce III cards. There is no solution at the moment, to the best of my knowledge. The game works fine in Win9x with a GF3. I have tried using Software T&L and playing around with screen modes, but to no avail. Also tried every Nvidia driver from 12.4 onwards. Anyone any ideas or info?
