the xp drivers just came out, i think msi hardware guys have it. nt compatible put a news item on it. but i think you gotta go to the msi hardware site in order to dl it. soundfont should work after u install the new drivers.

soundfont does not work.

is soundfont supported by the audigy under winxp? because mine seems like it can't. i hope this is a software issue and is fixable by the coming winxp drivers.

I bought an OEM Audigy, thinking I could record digitally from the sound card to my minidisc recorder. Well apprarently, the digital out on the back of the pci card is only for speakers. I did some more research and apparently the Livedrive has optical TOSLink output. I believe that's what I need to connect my MD recorder. My question is, since I already got the Audigy, non-Platinum, is there any other piece of hardware that has optical output and that I can hook up to the Audigy like a Livedrive?

I have an audigy, and i'm thinking of getting headphones. Does the Audigy pump out high enough quality sound to warrent a pair of Sennheisers (HD580/HD590)?

is there a special cable to connect to the digital out from the audigy? i got a oem version of the audigy. if there is, where can i get this cable? i also need a digital connection from the cd drive to the sound card.

I use detonators (right now i'm using 14.61 but the problem occurs no matter what detonator, even 8.0x and even when i'm using generic driver). The problem occurs randomly, sometimes when I play quake3, other times when i'm browsing the web with IE. And I have the latest BIOS version r03.

I get BSODs randomly, forcing me to reboot. Sometimes it says PAGE FAULT IN NON-PAGED AREA, sometimes it says MEMORY MANAGEMENT, and sometimes it doesn't give any reason. Also it sometimes lists some kind of file, like win32k.sys or nv4disp.dll, but I don't know if the file are the culprit because I've reinstalled WinXP many and the same problem happens. I've had this problem with both 2517 and 2526 (RC2). Anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks.
