Detonator 21.81 works well with my 32 meg Diamond Viper V770 TNT2 Ultra. I am running it on an Abit KT7A-Raid with AMD Athlon TBird, 512meg of ram and WinXP Pro 5.1 (2600) final

Hi, I have the above USB modem and cannot get it working correctly in XP 2600. It works fine in Win98 & Me. It is recognised and in propertiies etc I can communicate with modem however when I try to "connect to internet" it say "dialing" and after a few minutes it says "error 777... remote device out of order.." etc. Has anyone had similar probs or got any work-arounds? System spec :- Athlon 1200 Abit KT7A-raid 2xibm ata100 @ raid 0
