Hi I have a Rockwell HCF 56K Modem and am getting very low connection speeds and also when I disconnect from the net the phone line goes dead until I fully shut down the computer. There is nothing wrong with my phone line as I am confirmed this with my phone company. Are these problems related to WinXP as I was running Win2k and everything ran fine?
