    NHL2002 video issues

Using a Voodoo3 3000 AGP (on WIN2k) and NHL2002 loads up fine, menu graphics are all crisp and clear... even the game-loading screen (where the progress bar is at the bottom) shows up fine. But as soon as it goes into the intro where the players jump out on the ice and pregame skate, the video is all rainbow pixel'd. You can make out the shapes and the game is playable, but the video is not the crisp & clear as it was during the menus. Went into 3DSetup thru the WIN2k Start menu --> NHL2002 --> 3DSetup and "3dfx Interactive, Inc. Voodoo Series Driver" is the only choice. Even tried setting all detail levels to lowest and 640x480 resolution. NHL2001 (yes, 2001, the previous version) works fine right now, no video problems. But its 3DSetup shows 2 choices: - 3Dfx Voodoo 3 (selected and working) - 3dfx Interactive, Inc. Voodoo Series Driver [D3D] NHL2002's didn't say [D3D] nor did it have the choice "3Dfx Voodoo 3" where it's working. Have already tried updates via EASports and running the latest official Voodoo3 3000 driver for WIN2k (v1.03). Any ideas guys? Much appreciated for reading thru this.
