i just installed win2k pro on a fresh hard drive and fully updated it nothin left on update site. but i loaded half life counter strike and i cant connect to valve server, when i try to manually connect it gives me 4 quick retries and stops. info amd 450, 230mb ram, win 2k pro, voodoo5, cable acesess threw a router, ps. my gamespy pings are in the 1000 upstairs on the me comp i get normal sub 100's any help suggestions would be greatly appreciated
