Does anyone know where the file that contains the "Welcome" loading screen? Would like to change that, thanks.

I used Restorator.

I figured it out, you can edit logonui.exe and the welcome screen, and the shut down screen is split up into parts, you can change the text from "Welcome!" to whatever you wish by editing string 1->7 (It says Welcome)
