windows xp see my sony crx-1600L burner as a normal cd-rom! i cant burn cds! help me!
sony are being themselfs and saying they dont support XP, so im pretty screwed.
i believe that it is because windows does load my drivers for the cd burner so it just loads standard cd-rom drivers. i can still use it as a normal cd-rom, so that is why i believe it is standard cd-rom drivers. the drive itself doesnt have drivers because it is a IEEE 1394 device and is "supposed to be plug and play".
please help!!
