Someone helped me by sending me the patch to go from 4.01 to 4.02 but as of now I am using 4.00 so that patch did't help much. I am using Windows XP and really now more than ever need the tv tuner program to record now that I have my webcam pointing outside to catch someone in the act of stealing. I just reinstalled windows XP (I had to uninstall it before because there was a problem with my cd burner driver) and I need to get a proper cd burner driver for HP CD Writer Plus 7200e. I have been to the HP website and they make me go around in circles. Does anyone know where I can get a driver? I have been to www.driverguide.com also and they don't have any drivers for anything for win xp. Thanks.

I have been using Windows Update, Office Update and norton live update but what I haven't been able to find is something that will scan my hardware and tell me if there are updates available. Does that even exist? That would be so much easier and faster. Thanks

I have a external cd burner and the only way to use it is if it's plugged into where the printer goes then plugging the printer into the back of the cd burner. I have tried unplugging the cd burner and plugging the printer in so I can use the printer but the computer wont even load windows when I do that. Also, the scanner I have is the same way, you have to plug it into the printer port then plug the printer into the scanner. Does anyone know what to do?

I went to www.pcworld.com/xpready and tested my computer for xp (after I installed it hehe) and it says that my computer is sorta ready. It says that the bios date is not correct or something. Does that mean I need a new motherboard? I don't know how to upgrade a bios.

I have a Maxi Gamer Phoenix with Voodoo Banshee and it works ok but it's not letting me record with my tv tuner. It was ok under windows me but I like windows xp and would like to have an updated driver. I was told by guillemot that they will not be coming out with a driver because they said 3dfx is out of business. The tv tuner I have is Studio PCTV PCI and perhaps it's not the video card, perhaps it's the tv tuner. If anyone knows of where I can get a update for that please let me know. Thanks
