Turn off the reboot on error and it will display an error. See what it says.

I have the same issue with my Athlon 1.2ghz. It is identicle to the Win2k AGP filering issue. Unfortunately, there are no XP filtering drivers. I emailed AMD 3 times with no reply on any of my emails. Sean
