Ultrix delete iuctl.dll (backup it up if you want). Mine was in c:\winnt\system32. Then run windowsupdate and it will work.

I downloaded the SP3 from the link yesterday and now that it is officially out I downloaded it again to make sure they're the same. They are, the size in KB of both is exactly 127,909 KB.

I haven't installed SP3 yet because I am doing homework on my comp. I would just like to know if the refresh rate stuck at 60Hz still exists in OpenGL games? If it does well then I'll just have to keep using nvidia refresh rate fix.

I'm waiting for SP3 too. I remember reading a few weeks ago that SP1 for WinXP will allow you to remove IE and WMP. I wonder if SP3 for Win2k will do the same.
