    CD Burning Software for WinXP

As an epologue, I tried several different packages - Stomp's Click n Burn Pro, RecordNow Max, and finally, Broderbund/NTI's CD Maker Deluxe. Of all of them, CD Maker Deluxe works the best. To be specific, the Stomp software had problems syncing the DVD ROM and CDRW to do a copy. CD Maker Deluxe, including it's built in packet writing, works very well with WinXP. No problems encountered (well...so far). Clean, understandable interface. I'd say this one is a definite candidate to replace EZCD or Nero.
  2. What specifically "sucks" about WMP8? It plays CD's, MP3's, DVD's (with a plug-in), can create playlists and burn them to CD's.
  3. I have Nero 5.5 on my WinXP system. Burns Audio and Data CD's fine. But I'm trying to figure out how to download audio track info via the internet thru it. Help!
  4. I'm looking at several different CDRW software packages. I've used Roxio EZCD 5 (don't want to go with that as there are several reported problems under WinXP, and their prior history under Win2000 is poor) and Nero 5.5 (works fine, but it takes some getting used to the interface). I'm looking at 1. VOB InstantCD 2. Stomp RecordNow Max or Click 'n Burn Pro 3. NTI CD Maker Pro Would appreciate any thoughts/input as to those over Roxio or Nero.
