Partition recovery program - thread i made months ago, where

Try Active@Partition Recovery... I was able to recover an Windows XP NTFS partition using it. I recovered the lost partition, booted to the recovery console in XP, used the FIXMBR and FIXBOOT commands, and my system was back! It costs $29.99, and works great! BTW, this is a DOS mode program and requires that it be run from a bootable floppy.

    ICS yet again...

I solved my own problem- I dumped WinICS and went with AnalogX Proxy for the time being. I am looking at AllegroSurf as a possibility, but I want to make sure it's worth the $60 price tag for the 3 computer option. Anyone have any opinions on it? Joe

    ICS yet again...

I am having a bizzare problem with ICS under WinXP... My primary machine has a 56K dial-up connection, is able to browse the internet just fine. My secondary PC shows the ICS connection, is able to browse to several sites (main msn, microsoft, and hotmail), but seems to time-out on any other site. I am able to ping *any* site from that machine, but I cannot browse. Does anyone have a good troubleshooting procedure that could help me identify and fix this problem?
